Tropico 3

Hey, all. This one just came out for PC. It received pretty good reviews. I might check it out. Anyone play any of the previous versions or have some thoughts on it?

I played one of the 1st ones, don't remember which. Basically just a city builder like the Caesar series or any of a hundred or so colonial America builders. I do seem to remember it had a sense of humor to it though.
