Yea the game is AMAZING...I like the changes from ME1 with probing planets, overall Space travel etc... even the ground assault changes made this game better ie: actual ammo etc...

I must say my favourite character is Jack....shes awesome powerhouse and I love when she says "Fly bitch!!!" when you order a Pull action

Well I'm at the last stage of game now after 30 hours of Gameplay and have to say the game is on of the best Rpg I have played for a long time.

I have now completed the game and discovered they are 2 ending to the game depending on your choices.

The only thing I dont like about the game so far is that they never used my choices from the end of ME1....when I finished ME1, the council lived and I made Capt. Anderson the guy in the council

I had the dead council problem, too. It's good that they told me early. In my case I had picked the wrong ME1 end-game save (I had played both endings). I was able to restart ME2 with my "good" file.

Hey, me too. I would have put Captain Anderson in even if I was playing a Renegade, just to screw with the ambassador. That jerk.

Thanks for highlighting this. I'll try to make sure mine is transferred right when I finally am able to pick up ME2.

On my second playthrough with my adept and I'm loving it. Made a mistake doing something a bit early and then having to make a lose/lose choice.

I will do better this time.

I don't have ME2 yet, but ME1 is much, much better than the highly overrated Gears of War. But the thing to remember is that ME is much closer to RPGs than flat out FPS shoot and kill everything in sight (though there is plenty of that too).

It also has just about the best dialogue and voice acting out there.

Hey guys-

Why would I finish ME1 first? I mean I played a bit of ME2 before Fiery convinced me to enjoy the first game so the storylines were deeper for me in ME2....but what does it DO for us?

Wel lit pieces everything together for you and you if you keep your saved games, you can load them into ME2 and it will follow a story based on all your decisions made in ME1...thats what is great about the series...YOU decide how it goes

Thanks for going easy and not telling me exactly what you mean in terms of story - that would have ruined the game for me. Im going to ignore this thread until I get through ME1 now.
