Yes mate it dose have Dedicated sever it was stated on the Interview with one of the Treyarch Team and they said it will be coming with dedicated severs.

Man this thing has potential. I told everyone not to count Treyarch out.( I always liked WaW by the way) I also said Activision left the market wide open for someone to step up. If it has dedicated servers, they will kick the sheet out of MW2 hands down.
