DougBob, If you watch the whole clip, this video is from the Xbox 360 with the new Beta Dashboard update that will be update sometime in November. I also have the new Beta Dashboard. I posted a pic in the Cain's Xbox Gaming forums which I later found out in the Beta forums that I'm not suppose to post pics of the update. lol oops

Anyway Two things....

A There was a closed Beta for the Xbox360 and when it was over, Users didnt deleted the beta and as usual someone rip the download and torrent the beta. Its out there.... Only players with mod Jtag system can host. You have to be invite from a player to join who have one of these systems and I'm not risking getting ban from Xbox LIVE

B There are some saying people got a hold of a real copy from the factory or under the counter or what not and that leads to someone riping the content and torrent the game for others. There are currently players on the Black-ops leaderboards and it will be reset at the 9th Midnight. I'm guessing Eastern Time Zone.

Its not the first time it happen. There was times I'll vist the Xbox.com forums and you see players with the Icons of MW2, Halo: ODST and the new Halo before the new game was released. So basicly, its a "Leak" gameplay.
