Word of warning. One can get lost in caves. I got lost so many times, I thought I was going to lose all my stuff. Good thing I had enough wood, coal and some stone to dig my way out.

My intent was to use flame as guide to fine my way around the caves, but I wanted the caves lite, and well, it confused me lol. I need to make signs.

Arr. Is there a way to respawn near your home? Hate to lose everything I collected in my adventure. I had a nice little place I was working on. But I got distracted in digging. Found some dimonds or something in one of the caves. I cant dig it out. (I guess I need TNT???) so I digged my way out and well, I'm lost. Been running around for hours worth of my time trying to find my home

LOL I at one point I was trying to dig upward and I hit a pocket of water. I thought I was going to drown but I managed to plug it up lol

Well I just figured out what I did wrong.

For this pass week. I thought I my world was in foggy weather.



Turns out, I had the viewing distance to "Tiny" Doh

I got a snow world. You can build a compass to always point you to your home. I havent done it, but it says this in the Wiki.

Yeah I saw that on the Wiki, But I can't dig out the materal to make the compass. When I do try to dig out, It crumbles. I guess I need to make TNT or something. Anyway I found my home after adjusting the viewing distance. I was doing something in night and I saw a faint glow off in the distance

My home. Like in my early post. I had made my home out of dirt and I was in the process of removing the dirt to stone blocks before I got lost underground and had the viewing distance issue. Home remodel if you will



Home is done. Was suppose to have roof access but some how ending up having a attic that is a little too short for me to get in.

I built these shacks so I can see at night if I ever get lost again. I put doors on them cause a cow got in my home and went down into the cave

I got a kick for awhile playing the PC Gamer demo over and over. Fun little game but didn't pull the trigger.

I since bought Terraria, and put in over 40 hours in 2 weeks somehow. Much like Minecraft, the thing is a massive time-sink. I'm glad that Deus Ex: Human Revolution broke me from its hold.
