ok so i got the ore vein working... then I see a download manager. I thought it worked through the mod manager but can't get it to work.. Any ideas?

Is this a real mod or a texture replacement? I havent tried this one myself. But if its a texture replacement then just extract it under ...\steam\common\skyrim\data\textures folder or something close to that path.

Ok let you know I know close to nothing about code. The directions had me not put it in the texture placement.

Glowing Ore Veins 300? If so you just need to extract it to the data folder listed above. And then you should be all set.

It does everything for you. And I mean everything. It copies a back up of the original file and puts it somewhere else for you, then when you want to remove that said mod, it will put the original back in for ya and completely get rid of the moded file.

I have this mod and I believe it is a texture thing. Works fairly well but in all honesty, most of the ore/ingots will be from shops. You can get a mod that lets you break down weapons etc for ingots.

Shouldn't have to be anywhere special. I have it in the same folder as all my other games. Simple C:\Games\Nexus Mod Manager.

I believe the "download with manager" means to use some download manager, not the manager for adding it to the game. For FNV, I manually download the mods then add them using FOMOD.

Yeah, I just manually download them to a directory. Then is need be extract them to the appropriate directory.

With the download manager, it puts them all in a list format and all you do is highlight the mod and then click the little puzzle piece that means to add the mod in and the same to get rid of the mod when you want.I'm tellin ya, that manager is OP. Running 25+ mods now and it does all the work for me.

You guys find any really cool house mods? Also is the editor program out yet. In Fallout 3 with GECK I build myself a bunker with a ton of custom pictures and items like vending machines (i retextured these from someone elses crappier version) also made some posters and stuff it was sick. it made it to 132 on the nexus at its peak i was mad proud of myself lol.

Lol. I used a console code "tim" toggle immortal mode just for fun and spawned like 20ish dremora lords. I won the fight but I kinda lost my head. I got decapitated and was dumb enough to "accidently" save instead of quick load and now I am stuck with being without a head. Needless to say I got on my horse ASAP to become the "The Headless Horseman."
