I'm going to go ahead and post my "final" stats, having beaten the game this weekend and just working on some final quests--Destruction Ritual Spell, "steal all the sweetrolls in the world," and the civil war quests--call that about 2 hours maybe.
So, I'm 118 hours and 40 minutes in today, before the above. That makes Skyrim by far the largest game I've ever played. I've got 96 hours and 18 minutes in Fallout New Vegas--INCLUDING all the DLC. I think Baldur's Gate 2 plus Throne of Bhaal came in around 100 hours, and the same with the Neverwinter Nights 2 series. The only mod I'm running is glowing ore, so these hours are for the game upon release with no additional content.
I'm level 72, with 100 in Destruction, Enchanting, Smithing, Heavy Armor, Block, One-Handed, Sneak, Lockpick, and Alchemy.
My other skills are 76 in Restoration, 51 in Alteration, 76 in Conjuration, 87 in Illusion, 67 in Two-Handed, 88 in Archery, 78 in Light Armor, 56 in Pickpocket, and 50 in Speech.
I discovered 328 locations, had 1,264 skill increases, finished 102 quests and 312 miscellaneous objectives, killed 1,436 people and more than 2,000 other things, and gained 44 dragon souls. My final daedric armor set gives me a rating of 1200, but it's on one of my dummies as I am trying to get more light armor points.
I just got PC Gamer today, and it contains their most recent 100 Best Games Evah! They name Skyrim number 2 (I have BIG problems with them kicking Deus Ex down to 28 after it coming in 1 last time). Skyrim is clearly my game of the year, and it's high on all-time, but not that high.
What do you all think, where do you rank Skyrim for the year and all-time?
-Rand
P.S. My top games of the year are 1. Skyrim, 2. Deus Ex Human Revolution, 3. Arkham City, and 4. Portal 2.
