As long as you can find your ME2 save-game folder, it shouldn't matter whether or not you used Steam.

If you play through the Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning Demo you can unlock some armor and a weapon in ME3.

Just putting it out as an FYI. But from my past experience from ME2 and tie-in armor (DA2) it wasnt really that good. Better armor is found later on.

Things I disliked about this type is armor was its all or nothing. No customization in color or swapping out parts. Bonuses where okay at the start of the game.

Oh i could care less about color.. But I thought they did have some kind of color spectrum available.

I thought the Amalur demo was terrible. It was not helped by the fact that it didn't save my game when I had to stop the demo early, and I wasn't about to play through it again.

I think even just installing and playing the demo unlocked something, and Amazon shipped the collector's edition of ME3 to me today. I believe I get something from that, and the pre-order bonus.

Not that the equipment matters. It's about the story, and the book that comes with the collector's edition.

Yeah that was seriously annoying!!

I think even just installing and playing the demo unlocked something, and Amazon shipped the collector's edition of ME3 to me today. I believe I get something from that, and the pre-order bonus.

I think installing it gets you the armor, playing through the time limit gets you the weapon?? Not 100% sure on it, since I got some window at the end of the time limit when I was in a fight and clicked off of it before I knew what was going on.


Debating on if I will go to the midnight release tonight and call in sick tomorrow. LOL
Really looking forward to this story and the finale, sounds like we are going to have to make some serious sacrifices with multiple endings.

i got my copy right now and i got 2hrs before i can start playing.. might just run an allnighter and while its dln ill go play with my vita or watch tv.
