I was hoping it would look better than this. The same engine, but it isn't a surprise. Futuristic recoil-less weapons? C'mon now. And worst of all, "Madam president." Oh please.

Why? They've already proved people will pay $60 each year for a tweaked version of last year's game. And they actually increase in sales each year. Until their sales take a hit they have almost no reason to make any big changes for the better.
