Realm Explorer: Multiplayer Sandbox RPG

A good friend of Minerva and I has been working for years in game development. His latest project is Realm Explorer a multiplayer sandbox RPG.

It's nearly completed and he is looking for players that would be interested in supporting game development for projects like this since they are raising money to take the game to a commercial level. They are using a firm called Kickstarter, which I also found to be a really interesting concept. it allows independent game developers to raise pledges of support starting from $5 and up in return for an increasing level of rights to suggest characters and participate in the development in a variety of ways.

This guy is young, hardworking and has dedicated hours to this project. At least check it out and if you are interested in helping....well that would just be great.

Yeah, Kickstarter is pretty cool. I saw another game on there recently that I thought about supporting.

Ahhh Mindcraft in HD. I saw the post last month in [H]ard and told em they need to start spamming if they want to reach that goal. I like the Mindcraft HD idea, but not into the "Fantasy" medieval theme. Another let down is the way kickstarter accept payments. They need to add paypal. I want to donate 15 bucks but... it needs paypal.

They move a lot of money... PayPal isn't your friend, they can lock your account and there isn't much you can do about it. We desperately need a PayPal alternative.
