In marble blast ultra you control a metal ball that rolls around puzzle maps trying to find the exit.
It was, originally, on Xbox Live but since being removed from XBL (recently) the owners have lost control of the Intellectual Property (read: the idea behind the game) and it has been ported to the PC and released for free.

Legally, this hits a gray area. The original owners do not own the property anymore due to a legal battle.. but it is not abandonware.
