I can't believe I am thinking of buying the Digital Collectors Edition, listed at $99

Steam appears to offer the best deal on it, compared to Origin and Shop THQ's bundles. Steam pre-orders have already unlocked the Reward 1, and with Reward 2 you receive a free copy of Warhammer 40k: DoW2, and Reward 3 unlocks an XP boost and a unit boost as well as other items.

Release date is sometime in 2013 ... best guess is what Amazon has listed - March 2013.

99$ that comes with command pass? I might just get the standard order with the rewards. I mean i already own all 3 previous game so the only thing new i would be get outta the 99$ pack would be the tank skins. So not much of a good deal right there for me. But if this is your first time giving COH a try, this is definitely a great deal.

I won't pre-order it, but will probably buy it the first time I see it on sale. Just got the THQ humble bundle, so I am playing the CoH expansions right now. (Played the original game when it came out)

The Steam preorder with a pretty good shot at a free game seems like a good way to go for the regular version. Have to think about it, as otherwise I wouldn't buy it full price. The main benefit of the collector edition seems to be the free DLC for the future, but $99 is pretty steep.

Redd, the collectors comes with three future DLCs already and meant for SP use, but I'm a sucker for more vehicles and stuff. It also includes a sort of virtual currency and Command Pass, etc, so it is a worthy addition OF you want to play this game and the beta immediately. If not, wait a year and pick it up for $45.

I have multiple copies of CoH, both digital and retail, so I can play via LAN at my place. I really didn't want to buy it at that price, but I will end up buying it anyhow, so why not get it right away and be done with it ? I'm trying to justify the expense here ...
