Played Alpha, it was crap. I doubt it's going to be any more of an improvement. My biggest issue with it is how they make the claim that it's a visually stunning game, and then make you play alpha and beta in the darkest possible map. There is nothing to be impressed by. COD4 had better looking maps.

You have to care about the visual when it's a game that is advertised upon it. The gameplay is just fine. You play, you find people, and you try to kill them just to have them turn around and punch you in the face. The bunny hopping is immense since you can jump 40 feet in the air. 3 kills and you get UAV, a higher kill streak and you get one of those massive 2 legged machines that are highly overpowered. You also have classes so you can go from recon, which are not one shot kill for snipers, to demolition with a shotgun and a RPG. It's just not impressive. However, I would love to play single player. I might just "get" it for the campaign mode.

Why don't you download it? I won't bother.

Talk about a series that started on a high note then turned out to suck, Bring on HL3 and I'll get excited.

Nah... from what you are saying its not very balanced. Its a favor the person who constantly plays system instead of a play when you can and at least the weapons are the same.
