I know there was a post on this but there were not too many threads so I hope I will get some input before 10:00am. I have too go too Best Buy today and get a new monitour and keyboard etc. for the new computer and dump the 8 year old dead computer and the rest of the stuff that came with it.

I thought about getting CSS because its cheap and I see that some of you guy's are playing and was wondering if I should? I really did not know how many played it and how often and if the servers you guy's play on were good for that game.?

My other question is CSS a expansion pack for a older CS game or is it one I buy , load, and play?

CSS is a standalone game, not an expansion to the CS game.

You can always purchase it online via Steam.

As for people who play, we typically have 4-6 people on a busy night, so its not hugely popular. Unless you really want to try the game out, i'd pass on it if your only plan was to play on Cain's. There are plenty of good servers still running CSS, if you can stand the juveline mic spam, porn sprays and constant swearing

Cool thanks BigTwinky it was just something I was kicking around just trying too find some new cool games? Still may get it just too tinker with but I will think on it as I browse the gaming section.

Its worth a shot if you want to try it. I personally love the game and happy I got back into it.

agree. u wouldnt be disappointed. and there are less hackers everyday. but more kids talkin trash which is annoyin.

Okay I will buy CSS since there were some +'s for the game from you guy's. I held off getting it today too see more of your opinions.

Okay, Could not stand it! I went and bought the game and installed it last night had too what for Steam too verify my key code before I could play and this morning I got verified.

I went too play SP mode and did not see that option there so I assume it is MP only game like BF2142?

Could any one here please pm me for servers you guy's play on so we could try too play together as I will need to learn how too play this game.
