Are there any good strategy guides out there. I have the link to the manual but I was wondering if there were more. The only thing I can find are cheats and i could care less about those.

If you bought at Circuit City (or in my case, snagged one of the "hint guides" from the clerk because the idiots forgot to stock up on the PC version, so I guilted him into it
) you can get a 25% off coupon. Not as good as Amazon, but you won't have to use credit and wait for delivery.
The ad for Circuit City mentioned the guide would only be 10 bucks with the coupon, but the math is wrong. I think the ad was a misprint, but I may test that this weekend. This game is so huge that I may pick up the guide myself.
IGN.com's PC page has an in-progress strategy guide, but a) the side quests aren't in there yet, and b) I'm not sure it's available to the public (subscribers for File Planet get access to IGN's stuff).

Give the game a week or two and someone will post really good guides on gamewinners.com. Just scroll past the cheats and look at the strategy guides there. Some has already posted all the unique armor etc and a few otehr things.
