    Does anyone know why the Enclave are setting up transmitters ( I think thats what they are ) in various places in the nothern part of the map?

          So true ... sneak, VATS head shots and then go collect your spoils. I just read that on top of being a cannibal, you can also talk to Vance about the ways of the vampire (even after wrapping up the Arefu quest) and taking a blood pack grants you a large boost in restored health.

              I've got Vampirism, or whatever it's called. Sort of reminds me that I should travel back there now that I have lockpick 100% and steal the unique sword Vance has locked away.

              All it does is help boost bloodpack health. You can't chomp on necks while folks sleep.
