Day Z Arma 2

I honestly think DayZ is a mod that could actually get Cain's Lair back on the map. it's really a great game.

I hadn't thought of that. Someone fire up the Cain signal.

it is one MASSIVE map. takes something like an hour or so to run across the whole thing.

Last run I played last night I was doing pretty well. Ended up in a shipping town on the coast. Found food & drink. No weapon through. Do we even not start with a pistol??
Died from a glitch crawling on scaffolding. Fell threw the wall, landed on a roof broke my leg alerted zombies in the area. fell off the roof couldn't walk/run and turned into zombie diner once again....

I don't go anywhere near coastal towns... they are death central. First thing i do is go north. Find a barn and you will usually find a weapon.

you do not spawn with a weapon, you have to find one.

is it a spawn die or die and your dead?

is it free or whats the cost like?

you have to spend 30 bucks to buy arma 2 and arma 2 operation arrowhead. you can buy it as a pack on steam.. 30 bucks.

not sure what you mean by the spawn die thing.

Or is it more hardcore where when you die your dead and have to start from scratch?

PERMA DEATH. if you die, you lose absolutely everything and have to start over.

it's freaking awesome.
