Whatever the teams needs !! I am best at Pyro, but I get my best K/D with Soldier. Went 26-0 on 2Fort last week, round ended, then I went another 9 kills before finally getting backstabbed helping on an offensive push. That's a combined 35-0 K/D over two rounds.
It was a thing of beauty ... I'd retreat and toss a rocket down a hallway, BOOM, up went a cloaked Spy. Toss a round as I retreated around a corner - blew up a Scout charging at me. I knew I was in trouble when I saw a Heavy and Soldier both gunning for me - saved by a crit rocket.
If you are just starting to play, play as a Soldier. No teammate depends on you, but you can still help your team by getting in there and spamming rockets.
Oh if a man tried to take his time on Earth and prove before he died what one man's life could be worth, well I wonder what would happen to this world ? - Harry Chapin
The class I enjoy playing most is either Scout or Sniper, but I usually play various classes depending on the situation. If my team is having trouble taking out a sentry I'll usually switch to a demo and take it out. Engineer is probably my least favorite class because you just sit there with a wrench smacking your equipment lol but I still play it occasionally.
i play soldier mostly, im pretty much unbeatable with it.(not to brat) im also a destructive demo too . but its also according to the map/map levels/team need, then i go demo/medic or engineer.
color dont matter but i do prefer play red(defense) at the start of a map.
My two favorites are contradictory. I love Sniper and Heavy.

Where do you put the Bayonet?

I am all in favor of keeping dangerous weapons out of the hands of fools. Lets start with typewriters.

Demo... Without a doubt. Uber a demo and you can clear out 3-4 lv3 sentries in a matter of seconds. Plant stickies around a friendly sentry to kill the spy that saps it. Plant stickies on a point to help guard it. Use bouncing grenades to hit enemies around corners without being in the line of fire... This list goes on and on.
Medic and Engineer are my favorites (mostly because I can't shoot in this game to save my life!). I usually like Engineer a little more, but Engineers are more difficult to use offensively, and there always seems to be 2-3 Engys anyway. So, I usually end up going Medic and having a blast. Uber'd Pyro = clear capture point!
I used to play Pyro and Heavy religiously before I took a long break from TF2, but I find myself playing Scout a lot now. I love Spy, but haven't touched it in a while.
I was swapping between Scout, Pyro and Heavy tonight, and it's probably what I'll continue to stick with. Oddly enough, my steam status says I've played Medic the longest... and I don't recall playing Medic that often.
Pyro has the coolest taunts, too! What's more hardcore than playing air guitar on your fire ax?
I've been Alpha and will be Beta testing the Delta Force game. It's been really getting good reviews! Definitely a good Battlefield feel to it like the...
