Killing any CLR is satisfying, thats for sure.
Killing any CLR Admin is even more satisfying
Killing Apache and Cain are probably the two most satisfying kills.

Hmm I have a few.
Agreeing with Tuqui with revenge kills, especially if they are good players.
Id have to say...
- backstabbing a medic/heavy combo
- backstabbing a medic that has an uber
- getting behind the enemy front lines and taking out an entire opposing force by backstabbing them all and living afterwards
- Killing savior when hes a scout (he seems to hunt me when I'm sniping)
Also.. this isn't really persay a "satifying kill" but I have a terrible addiction of jarating people and then trying to kukri them down...Comment

i would say the most satisfying thing is killing people with pipe bombs on the beginning of a map, seconds after the gate opens. you won't see it coming. i just see them go KaBo0M!!
another thing that would be is killing the opposite team that's trying to capture your control point.Hit 'em like comic books, kaboom! pow pow!
