What Improvments Would You Make to TF2?

1) Squads: It is already a team based game. I think squads could make the team play better.
2) Claymores: A sniper defense against Spies.
3)Freeze Blast for the Pyro: Since the Backburner does not have the air blast it should have a freeze blaster. Being able to freeze an enemy in place until a team mate can kill them.

In game music player from steam menu, make a soldier, engi and demo update.

I want a engi that can make 3 lv1 turrents but not improve them, nor can other engi's improve them and make them cost 100-120 metal each.
