Weird Steam error when trying to Launch

Im getting this weird error when trying to launch...I dont want to lose my data

It's just the keybindings that are getting stored in Steam Cloud now (as well as on your pc), but since Steam is having maintenance that particular service is down... you won't lose anything by just playing.
