Have any of you noticed an issue with Steam in the past 30min? I just started to have a convo with Minerva when my steam locked up and restrted. From that point on my friends list is empty and the Steam web wont work. It did make me do an additional restart for an update but still the same problem.

My steam is doing weird things. It's down right now and I am getting strange messages such as:

yea their whole system is screwed...I went to log into the forums and it said my username did not exsist even though I am logged in the Steam app I hope they fix stuff soon

Yeah me too. What bothers me is that they didn't even take the time to leave a message on the system or on the forums aknowlodging the problem and saying they're trying to fix it, if it's fixable, if they have any idea when it'll be ok again.
It seems that people with a lot of friends on their friend list lost theirs but my sister and some other friends that have like 5 people didn't lose anyone.
Ok, you can limit, but it wouldn't hurt to let people know before hand to delete the ones you don't talk a lot or something like that.
I'm extremely upset by this and I find that the abscence of notice about the problem highly disrespectful.
Still I hope all goes well and they get to at least fix their servers.[CENTER]
