Well, this is kinda disappointing because I was anticipating a huge uproar... darn.
I did believe it the first time I saw it though... Then I read the continued post of the guy who first put it up. Hoax. I decided to post it then, to see how many took the bait.

oh well... hopefully the real thing isnt like this... he really would be overpowered

I did like the idea of the garrote though... and seeing user created maps being put into the game as part of a CMP, which hasn't been used sense the days of ut2k4 IIRC.
