Try UT3 for free via Steam weekend

When I got to the hotel last night I was able to set up my computer to DL both the patch and the bonus pack from File Planet. I was happy not to be tied down by Steam. I played a few rounds of Greed and I bet that game can get pretty exciting.

It took me 6 hours just to get the UT 3 Titan update on Steam For the size of the Game its about 8.8 gig

Wow... Normally their servers are very fast but for that... Right now DuMeter tell me that I download at 5mbits and that 4gb of data have been transfered since this morning but steam still report "Download Starting" lol so weird...

I quit finally, too bad for them...

Yeah. With the size of this game it should have been done this way in the first place. It is still a lot to download, so be prepared.

Yep you can try it out over the weekend for free or buy it for $11.99 until March 15th. Either way it's a great deal.

Not to be a jerk about Steam, but last time they did this, the game was $4.99 30 days later and it quite frankly me off.


$19.99 on a game that was normally $35 or $39, then 30 days later that game was $4.99

It is still a deal fellas. But I hate the garage sales in games.

almost 9GB that's bigger than any games i have install on steam. (i think) so now hopefully i get to play the free weekend since last week last a complete failure on downloading now working. lets see how it turn out.

I bought the game this morning after having played 15 minutes, it's really cool, I missed that game
