decent budget computer?

My wife wants to get a computer for her mom for Christmas. Hers is old and getting slower by the day. Pretty much all she does with it is email and surf the web. I found this deal on Office Depot:

Compaq CQ4010F

Does that sound like a decent deal?

That Sempron is a bit of a slug, but only to us gamers. For a basic internet/email PC, it will run fine.

Be aware that any peripherals that need Win7 drivers will be problematic until you get a driver for them, assuming Win7 doesn't natively support.
