It was the power supply. Thankfully it will be an easy fix.

    Thanks all for the help!

Pshhh, only cause you troll the forums more than I do !! I built that sucker with my bare hands, and I can tell you its history from start to finish, including the fact that when I went to insert the lower 9600GSO card, I bent the SATA connector on the lower HD, breaking my RAID array !!

Luckily, my buddy had an identical drive, so I bought that from him and popped it back in, taking care not to smash the SATA port this time, then used my WHS to restore my RAID array.

I'll give you 75 virtual points since I like the way you operate ... you are a helluva good wing man, Juneau

HHG, good to hear its working, sad to hear the Epsilon bit the dust.

            Yikes hold the phone!

I went out and bought a replacement PSU and just finished installing it (that was a pain!) and now I get a "No operating system found" error. Through the BIOS I can tell the 2 HDDs are found, so what could be the problem? I can boot using the DVD no problems.

Did you happen to have a thumb drive in when you booted it up ?? The boot order may be set so that its trying to boot from the USB drive before the SATA RAID array.

Just pop out the thumb drive and change the boot order.

                No thumb drive.

What is supposed to show up as the boot device for the RAID array? All it shows now is 2 HDDs and the DVD drive. I have tried booting it with both of them being first, and both ways give me the same error.

I have no experience with a RAID array so that might be some of the confusion!

I think you might have the raid in disarray. What you tryin to run Raid 0 , Raid 1 or what. You should have some Raid tools or software to set it up when it starts to post during bios boot. Should give you an option to press a key and set it up or look at it. Do you have a raid controller disk or is it on the utilities disk that came with the software for the Mb. If the controller aint loading it probably wont work.

This can actually happen (altho its very rare) where you accidentally disconnect an SATA cable from a drive and it discombobulates (technical term there) the array.

I had a friend who built a RAID array PC and dislodged one of the SATA cables to a drive (with the power off of course). Plugged it back in, booted it up and it gave him the same message. He had to do an OS repair install on the RAID array to fix it.

As far as the boot order, it should allow you to select RAID as boot option #1 if I am remembering correctly.

This happened to me with a RAID 5 and i was unable to restore it.

Aww crap that is exactly what happened I think. With the 2 HDDs and 2 GFX cards all crammed in that little area I accidentally dislodged one of the SATA cables.

How would I go about fixing it? When I boot into Windows using the DVD and I choose the repair option, no previous install is found.

Isn't there an option to enter a RAID utility in the BIOS.

Ya I think you need to try to repair your RAID array in setup (or Setup for the RAID option ROM).

Kinda what I was talking about depending on where the utilities are for setting up the raid array. Some are where WT is talking about some are stand alone setup discs. Depending on how yours was set up. But that sounds like the problem if you're getting no OS read at start. It wants to set up the Raid stuff first but cant. The boot sequence probably is Bios, Raid array, OS. At least it was on mine. When you were booting up you had the option to enter the Raid setup software similar to how the Bios does.

There isn't anything about RAID in the BIOS. I turned off "quick booting" in the BIOS hoping it would display some more information, but it didn't really help any, and doesn't give me any more options.

I don't see anything about entering a RAID setup or utility when it boots either. Maybe WT can help (considering he set up the RAID).
