Sounds like you need to reload the boot stuff.
Used to be simple with xp, never did it with 7/8
All you needed was cd, restore prompt and a command
I'm not insane. I'm just overwhelming!

What version of Windows ... assuming 7 ?? If the install froze, you've got bigger issues. Try and test the drive integrity using the drive manufacturers utility tool, ie: Seagate's Disc Wizard or WD's Data Lifeguard.
Might be time to buy a new drive.Oh if a man tried to take his time on Earth and prove before he died what one man's life could be worth, well I wonder what would happen to this world ? - Harry Chapin

Well it's back. I spent all morning loading windows and all my aps then during a reboot this error started again. I tried different cables on all the drives but when it tries to boot to that drive I get that warning. I started a RMA ticket so we will see how it goes.

They won't approve an RMA until you give them a code from the diagnostics on the drive. You may luck out with it, but they are really getting picky when I RMA drives these days.Oh if a man tried to take his time on Earth and prove before he died what one man's life could be worth, well I wonder what would happen to this world ? - Harry Chapin

What a huge PITA. For some reason the installation created some reserved partition on the original disk. I can't boot without it ond for soem reason the DVD wont boot with the SSD plugged in.

That's what you get for living in Vermont !!! Do like Trooper did and move closer to me so I can fix your fork-ups !!
Win 7 creates two partitions on top of the actual bootable C: partition. Sounds like you just have the Win7 install on an incorrect partition on that drive. Lord knows how and what you did, but hopefully you don't toss the whole thing in the hopper.Oh if a man tried to take his time on Earth and prove before he died what one man's life could be worth, well I wonder what would happen to this world ? - Harry Chapin

That is what I did, it was the only way I could get anything to boot. As anytime the SSD was plugged in by itself of ahead of the other one I wold get the error.
Here is an image that I sent the tech guy.
