BF3 Trailers (Hot Shells)

OK, I know there has probably been threads for each of these, and most *all* are old...

But something in me was confused. In the below trailer (linked to the BF3 page), towards the end...

Did anyone else notice that there was a heli unloading a pair of Gatling guns above the player? Pardon me, but are those shells that are dropping out not hot?

OK, maybe looking for too much realism there, but for some reason that really bothered me.

There is a video somewhere out there with a few guys letting rounds off a boat, and a shell lands in one of the guy's flack jacket. He then proceeds to freak out attempting to remove the round.
