Our server

Our server needs you.

When you play on other servers you are building their player base, and helping their communities.

Please play in our server, particularly when it has few or 0 people in it.

I understand folks like to play game modes we don't run, but if at all possible pick and choose times to play them when our server has more than 50 players.

I know it is easier to hop into a full or nearly full server playing Conquest, but our server will not succeed without each and every one of you committing to our server and our community to always play here if at all possible. We have a very tiny community as it is, so every person is important to making and keeping our server busy.

Once again, the server needs you the most when it is empty or has a low player count, because people prefer servers with lots of players and if you don't help start or jumpstart our server then it will sit empty. It only takes 1 person to start a server.

I know you folks enjoy our Forums, our Teamspeak and our game servers, so you have an obligation and a responsibility to support our server and help it build a player base that can sustain it.

If we can't keep our server busy enough to justify the cost and the time it takes to keep it running, then we will simply pull it down, and we can all play anywhere else we like.

As I type this I see 10 CLRs on-line and 6 are playing in other servers, and they are all playing HC Conquest !!

Please think about this when you are planning to connect and play BF3, please play on our server - our server is the equal of any other server and is better than the majority, plus your friends are here.

I agree. I have only jumped on 1 other server since day 1. Just sucks being at work mon-fri.

Well so far I have a little over 53 hrs played, from what I could see on game tracker im showing around 46 hrs played on Cains. I know I have spent a couple hours on co-op played 2 rush rounds and 2 tdm rounds... not sure where the rest of the time is spent. Think the only other person with more time on Cains server is Phantom... but hes a machine, I cant compete, ive got rug rats and unfortunately I have to pretend I like them now and again. So get to work slackers, Phantom and I had to go back to work so someone else gonna have to jump start the servers in the mornings.

Unfortunately for me, the server starts to go quiet around 9pm. At least for now (likely to change during the Holidays), I go to bed around, oh, 2am.

That's 5 hours of me being awake when the server is dead. I wake up around 10am.

Believe me, I sit in there AFK for awhile. Turn to my Xbox to play some Gears, but if I'm feeling battlefield, it gets pretty boring when it's 2v2 on a map like Caspian, Firestorm, or Kharg Island.

So, I give it about an hour or two, and then eventually I'm with one other person or everyone else is gone. So, I get bored if I'm in the mood to play Battlefield. This is the only time I join other servers, and I've only done that maybe twice or three times, simply because the server went quiet early and I'm wide awake with adrenaline pumping and wanting to play some BF3.

However, I would encourage people to use the battlelog's friend system. If 10 CLR's are online, they could easily start getting the server going. There are a lot of regulars here that don't wear the tag (including me and Phantom), and would likely jump into the server if there were 10 CLR's helping it get going to contribute to the jumpstart.

This also, imo is why it's important CLR's have good behavior. Most of the time if I look for a server on ANY game and saw everyone wearing a clan tag, I avoid it because, honestly, a lot of clans tend to find every single way to dominate you rather than just playing for fun. Build a positive, friendly reputation, and that helps keep the server full.

To me, the tag system isn't even working right, because you don't show up on friends lists with said tag. Now, I try to get on early in the morning (7am CST) before work as it really gets me going for the day, and today there were 30 people before I got there. Kudos to those who joined up! I don't believe I've been on any server except Cain's when I can get on, except the first week there was no Cain's server on the list - then I got my first unlocks on Rush Metro maps. I was so glad when Cain's server showed up
