Man, that first amendment sure protects a whole lot of things. Next time I get sued I'll claim the 1st and not be in the wrong anymore. -
Fair use covers lots of things. One can imagine Textron/Bell trying to get the AP to pay them whenever theres a picture of one of they're helos....which is absurd.Comment

In this case, EA isn't being sued. They got a C&D letter from Textron/Bell, and instead of bending over to the letter, EA went and preemptively sued Textron/Bell to confirm that what they are doing is legal. The article's headline is incorrect, but the facts in the article are fine.Comment
