Yeah, I have to quit doing that. Every time I spawn on him I die, and he tip-toes away unscathed.

I have a history of spawning on SKUD and dying immediately... LOL So I get it ..

And I though I was the only one who always spawned on the SL, only to end up watching him run away while lying on my back / upside down.

Very frustrated with the game balance since the last patch. Javelin sucks, stingers suck, jet/heli flares are like unending popcorn, engi can't repair for crap now...

Yeah, the air force seems to dominate now. If the other team has a couple of good jet pilots and a decent chopper pilot, it's just a rape fest. You can't move, even with tanks. Jets take them out in one strafe with rocket pods and a guided missile. And the only thing that can bring down a jet is another good jet pilot or if the AA happens to come across him unexpectedly.

the worst is spawning on a SL and being knifed as you spawn. SQ leader is running away without even knowing it happened.

Plus now moving as soon as you spawn is the worst thing you can do, as it cancels the spawn protection.
