Good job everybody! Sadly the game wasn't interesting enough to keep going. It was trash when it started and after all the patches it's now trash with a few wedges of lemon to make it smell nicer.

This was the first BF I skipped completely so I don't really know about all of the issues. For those of you who play them all I was wondering how you would rank the BF games in order. BF2, 3, 4, 2142, BC, BC2 I mean. I played them all except 2 and 4 but I also cannot really remember much about the first BC. I LOVED 2142 and after that I would have to say BC2 and then 3. What about the rest of you FPS heros. That reminds me, I also played BF Heros but it was just sort of a gimmick.

This is about right for me too, with BF 1942 added in right after BF2 and BF: Vietnam above BC2. There are pretty sizable gaps between 2142 and BF4, and again between everything else and BF3.

BF2 is far and away the best of the series. 2142 was innovative and different in some ways (I wish the titans worked, I mean, come on EA--they were the big hook the entire game is based on and you break them? Good work). The original had a lot going for it, particularly drivable and fightable ships. Nothing quite like moving a battleship around the map and obliterating a squad with 16" guns.
