Weird things...weird things indeed.

Was on the server late Friday night, eventually with just Cobalt...hanging out with him for a while since he'll be gone for a bit...and there were new maps on the server...one of the reasons we stuck around as late as it was.

Left town yesterday, came back, got into server because Dead and Gone, Dead Again, Mapes and Warhead were on. Played for a while and it was back to the two map rotation, the old two: Valparaiso and Isla Inocentes. I'm hoping it was just a fluke...though even flukes like that and server crashes certainly clear things out quickly. Are we back to the same old maps now (bad, bad indeed)? Or are there new and more maps in the rotation (better, oh so much better)?

Yeah server population seemed to drop as well. I try to play on the lair whenever possible. However I've come to loath those two maps. Isla in particular seems to bring out all of the sniper non team play types. I forget the name of the dried up harbor desert map but, I really like that map. It really seems to bring out team play.
