You don't download it J. Once you pay for it, they'll send you a code. When you go into the game, you have the Vietnam option on the left, just click that and enter your code.

I'm wondering if w/ that last patch it added it and then if you paid for it, you could have it.

Oh really? That kinda sneaky/cool. All extra DLC i've bought before had to be downloaded.

It is really annoying to click the vietnam option every time the game starts.

Even a hobby programmer would have coded an ini option to mark where the player last was.
