You're doing ok for a new player. It takes time to learn. The K/D ratio will go up as you figure out more about how screwed up the hit boxes are, learn the maps, and get better weapons.

The purple heart isn't good, but some people like to get everything

Keeping in mind that you are very new to the game, your K/D is not too bad. I think mine was around the same place when I started playing, and that was with a bunch of people who also had never played the game.

I can only wonder how it would be starting new with so many veterans playing and shooting at me.

Overall, looks good!

Medic, Spec Ops and Assault as top classes makes sense. I never liked Assault. If you have Special forces, you can get the SF unlock (F2000?) which is supposed to be an awesome gun.

Looks like you are logging some good time in the heli!

The Hamster is doing great. As Twinkey said, how well would any of us do starting out new on this game against so many veterans?
All of us saw our K/D go up as we continued to play the game. Medic is a great kit for beginners since they can accumulate points quickly.
Personally I like Support (PKM) best. I also like sniper but, I rarely play it since I mostly play squad leader.

When I'm a Commander, I'm either Engie or Sniper
When I'm squad leader, I'm usually Support or Spec Ops
When I'm a squad member, I'm anything that the squad needs except Assault

It is funny looking at these stats. I dont really care what "place" I am in, I just wanted to see how people evaluate performance using these metrics.

Pretty much answered my question, and yes, dying seems to happen A-LOT.
I'm laughing at my stats too in comparison to BenKenobi, but then again, his average per game is in the range of about 75-120 pts a round, so that doesnt really surprise me.

The stats are always fun to watch as time progresses. As for the k/d ratio being low in the early going, that is a given for this game. The learning curve takes quite a while for all of us, even getting back in from a lengthy absence from the battlefield feels kind of like you're starting over.

That said, I'm starting to feel more comfortable again, and even after the fiasco of getting used to it again, my small arms accuracy is still in within the top 500 world-wide.
