Cain's Lair Crew, I like ththat one. But a lot of these names and titles, imagine it from the non donating side, seem like they will make people feel left out. Of some cool crew for instance.
I like Subscriber .. it has that 'special decoder ring' sound to it, so much so that it drives others to join in and subscribe as well.
Then when we have a dedicated magazine, with each writing some articles based on our specialties, it will all fit within the framework of the master plan ! First, a server, then a clothing line, next a magazine dedicated to the lifestyle, and finally a tie-in with major vendors to sell Cains Lair verified hardware !
Oh if a man tried to take his time on Earth and prove before he died what one man's life could be worth, well I wonder what would happen to this world ? - Harry Chapin
Why give a title? I am guilty as too not donating to Cain's Lair even though me and my daughter love playing here. The community is great and we love it!! I think it should stay like it is as some of us in the community have many obligations in our lives and often can not aford a donation even though we would like too give but sometime its hard. I am sorry for not being a good member!
+1
i've only been able to afford one donation and i've got less then $25 in my account, finding a job here is hard...
or "Contributor" with the dollar amount they've contributed to CLR. That way, instead of SPAMMING the forums to increase the total posts, they'll be more inclined to contribute to increase their numbers for the site.
I'll become a lifetime member. But it may take two payments to make it. I can make the payments over a course of one month.
Other than that. I think it's a great idea to have special names for members who paid vs. members who are using the free account.
I just don't have any ideas for any. I love what we got now though. When all is said and done. Let's do a poll on the ones that are nominated the most.

Cain's Lair Regular hence the {CLR} tag and then for non-subscribers, just make it "Visitor".
That's a bit unfair b/c some have been here for years and even since the begining. Plain and simple, some can't afford to pay but have been a valuable asset to Cain Lair. Puting "Visitor" for them could possibly chase them off and look for other places b/c it's like seperating them from the rest just b/c they couldn't pay.

Well I agree with you on that perspective, but the general concept is to actually separate the "lifers" from the "Subscribers" and "Visitors". However, I do agree with you that there should be a level in between the "Regulars" and the "Visitors". Maybe something like Cain said...
"Lifers" - obviously the lifetime subs.
"Valued Members" - Contributing Members.
"Regulars" - People who Frequent CLR and or play on clr servers
"Visitor" - Someone who has registered in the forums but has only made less than ten posts.
"Lifer" - obviously the lifetime subs. "Subscriber" - Contributing Members. "Regulars" - People who Frequent CLR and or play on clr servers "Visitor" - Someone who has registered in the forums but has only made less than X amount of posts.
Or
"Lifetime Citizen" - obviously the lifetime subs. "Subscriber" - Contributing Members. "Regular" - People who Frequent CLR and or play on clr servers "Visitor" - Someone who has registered in the forums but has only made less than X amount of posts.
