Looks like it might have something to do with Steam friends going down? I saw that mentioned somewhere before...

Not to worry..it's not just us. Steam maintenance..All servers are suffering from this. since cs:go works with matchmaking and if steam community is down. there won't be no games for a while. until its back up.

if you check gametracker all the servers are with 0 players.
