    Crosshairs

I was just curious what color cross hairs people prefer? I cycled through all the colors on CSGO and can't find one that fits me. At this point I am just sticking with the default green which I used in previous versions of the game. The reason I ask is that GO seems to have brighter areas on certain maps where I lose my crosshair.... either that or the crosshair is more translucent.

Is there a console command to make the crosshair less "see through" or darker?
I know the command to change size but not sure if there is one for brighter/darker.

You should be able to customize the color manually by changing the values:
      cl_crosshair_r <red value>
      cl_crosshair_g <green value>
      cl_crosshair_b <blue value>
Those are RGB values representing the colors of the crosshair.

Also, try playing around with the cl_crosshairalpha value. Alpha values represent the opacity (or translucence) of the color being used.
      Ahhh...the power of cheese!

Green is easiest for me to see with the current selection of maps we have. It doesn't blend into anything since most maps we play don't have bright colors.

I've been meaning to have a play with the different coloured crosshairs. Might have to do so today.
