Just figured I would mention this here since I didn't see it anywhere else but the CainsLair.com Competetive CS:GO server has a glitch that makes the vote menu stay up on your screen after the vote is over. Once this happens you cannot use your F1 or F2 binds.

It's possible that it was still waiting for people to vote, however, it should be on a timer even if all players on a team do not vote. We have not had this problem in weeks, let us know if it continues to occur (I won't be on until later tonight).[hlx]
