FPS drop? try this in your launch options

add

- threads 2

2 being the max # of threads your CPU offers. This will utilize more CPU power and many have seen a more steady FPS

Example: I have an AMD 8150, which has 4 core, 8 threads, so i set it to - threads 7 and have had great improvement. I put 7 just bc i'm weird and wanted to reserve a thread for whatever needs it thats running in the background. I'm not a computer genius but check out the link below.
