Ehh.
IGN is doing their top games right now. Sins of a Solar Empire took the PC GOTY, and Metal Gear Solid 4 beat out GTA4 for PS 3. It's starting to look like there won't be a consensus winner, and that Fallout 3 is being robbed.

MaxPC and PC Gamer will be about the same. It's the same company, and the editing staffs share folks like Norman Chan.
I've got the demo of Sins of a Solar Empire (haven't played yet), and it looked interesting in the reviews and such, but it's hard for me to put anything that came out this year on the PC ahead of Fallout 3. It'll be interesting to see what they pick.
