I used to love the flight sim games. X Wing and Tie Fighter were both great. There were a few games where you flew US fighter jets that were good, too. Can't remember the names now. The Mechwarrior games were awesome. None of these games could be played without a joystick IMO.

Well I grew up on consoles when I was younger. I didn't get a PC till I was about 18 years old. My PS1 games went Spyro, Metal Gear Solid, and some other games like Croc that honestly gave me a challenge. I remember playing games for the challenge, but these days there really isn't any challenge to any of it. They make the games so damn easy that I only now play games for the single player and multiplayer content. Bad Company 2 was probably the best single player for me from all the battlefields. BF3 campaign is too much like COD.

i think all that played DoD first one had a LONG run with that game....was fun...i have many many others 2600 atari stuff but ...im not gonna go digging up relics on your butts
