Suggestion: Lower the number of players

So far, I seem to be the only Target on the Lair ... are you planning on recruiting others ?? Or is this a veiled slam on my l33t CoD4 skillz ??


I'm stuck using the M60 every map now, as I am getting close to Gold with that, but you ever try and get HS from 50+ yds with a freakin' M60 ? Hey Rye, hold still, I can't HS you !!!


Naillik asked me the other day how long I've been playing on the Lair, and I guessed I started back in 2001, but didn't join the forums until '03. I didn't even KNOW about them until then, so thats why its always worthwhile to let new guys know at the end of each round. But regardless, I've always come back for the high player counts, as even an old dude like me could stand a blind squirrels chance given the right circumstances.
When I'm sitting in the attic of the farmhouse on Overgrown with my Claymores set up, and the Overkill perk, I am feeling quite good about my chances.

I love my stopping power/uav jammer so the only setup i have with a secondary is my sniper with the auto shotty, works wonders for me.
But i love going in unseen and killing like 5 people and getting out, thats why i use my p90 class for that. And i seriously started to suck with the mp5 it was really wierd...

After you get the p90 and get decent with it, the mp5 seems like the worst. When you get used to the p90, every gun seems like it is just the wrong one. If you swap back to the LMG or the other heavy machine guns, you'll be able to notice the lenght of time it takes you to bring up the muzzle after sprinting. It seems like it takes forever just to bring up the gun. The p90 is really quick.
