CLR Clan stacking is not equallity

Well what I see happening is even though we are not a Clan, I have been noticing Clan behavior. This "Clan Stacking" isn't happening by accident. On Chat I'm constantly hearing, "I'll kick this guy out of the squad to make room for you." Then at the end everyone is patting each other on the back for getting top squad. Which shouldn't come to a surprise to anyone, you've been playing together for four or more years you should be great together. I can see wanting to play with your friends and being on VOIP and all, but the general masses ARE being ignored. You have 15 guys whooping it up and 49 being treated as nothing more than bullet fodder.
It's nice playing with you guys and all, but I have been having more fun squading up with peeps new to the server and trying to make something work with a squad of people I never played with before. If you want to attract more people to the server you have to play along side them. That's how the community grows.Old school or the new, doesn't mean a thing if your heart's not true...

It's great when you find people that do. But if you're in a squad of lone wolfs BF3 sucks. What is even worse is no built in VOIP. At least then you could talk to people.
BF3 has really been a love/hate relationship for me. When I'm squadding up with people who play as a squad I play for quite a while. If I'm in a bad squad, I'll quit after a round or so.

I agree about the love/hate relationship. BF3 can be so fun and so aggravating.
Gameblaster has made a good point, but I think alot of peeps missed what he is saying. You have a higher chance of getting new regulars when people see CLRs on both sides than you do if you have 90% of the CLRs on one side. Close game or not, it is about perception.
A team player looking for a new server will be looking for signs of teamwork. If he's on the server, but not in a squad with CLRs he'll never know how much we work together.
A suggestion to help recruit new people is to not have more than 3 CLRs in a squad. This way new people get a chance to taste how we work together. A person who likes teamwork will realize right away that his squad is working together. Then he'll have the urge to want to get on comms with those people. Bam, he gets on TS and he's hooked for life.Nauticas

You guys keep doing what you do. Chatter like this will surely premote an extra "Welcome to Cains". The regs. I've seen in my 1000+ hours never stack.
We like getting into your squads because you play smart and still have laughs. If you need more than that then .
You'll do whats right, great posts like this help.

Hopefully this BF3 patch will solve some of the issues.

When I play online games in which I rely on my team (be it MMOs or First person shooters), I often look for a place to call home. I know a lot of people are the same way. A home to me isn't just the server you play on, but the community you play with.
Being a fan of Guild Wars, which, you can tell by the name, involves Guilds, I've rotted away in a lot of Guilds that promise teamwork and they never do, or they only play with certain Guildmates. A LOT of Guilds are exactly like that. Being on the "Receiving end" of all that, in which I'm looking for someone to play with me and they don't.
As I've said before, people look at CLRs for answers. If you wear the tag, you should be setting an example. It's your responsibility to. Thus, you should encourage playing with others, while also trying to enjoy yourself. You'd be surprised, because in my days of being a CLR, and even on BF3 on the one time I used teamspeak, some of the best times was when I squaded up with a non-CLR and was able to welcome those people.
The problem about people not wanting to play as a Squad, well, we just need EA to stop forcing people to join squads.
By the way, I have messed up my W/L badly because I've been playing on the teams where there aren't many CLRs. We'd all appreciate it if you can try to split up the teams if one side is constantly dominating, and at least before Monday, the server had one sided dominating (and I mean dominating, not just winning) nearly 70% of the time I was playing. Problem is, I'm not much of an asset to the team lol.
